What Is Garbh Sanskar And Why Is It Important During Pregnancy? Subscribe

Garbh Sanskar is an Ayurveda practice upheld by scientific evidence that aims to support an unborn child. In Ayurveda, it is believed that Garbh Sanskar is a journey of an unborn child from the mother's womb to the world.

Over the decades, it has been believed that the mother's emotional state highly impacts unborn children during pregnancy. That's why many soon-to-be mothers are supervised and protected from the negative spectrum. From the seventh month onwards, unborn babies can feel and hear their parents and other sounds.

Garbh Sanskar is simple: Garbh means womb and Sanskar means education. It means educating the child in the womb.

You must be wondering how this is possible. How can an unborn child learn in its mother's womb? It is possible. Modern studies have proved that a fetus can respond to an external stimulus, meaning an unborn child can respond to its mother's emotional status. Garbh Sanskar can be traced back to ancient scriptures. Now, the world has awakened and understood the significance of 7000-year-old Garbha Upanishad.

Garbh Sanskar, in pregnancy, intends to make the baby happy and healthy in the mother's womb. Garbh Sanskar is a unique blend of diet and exercise for new mothers. Garbh Sanskar, during pregnancy, is more about maintaining a mother's peace of mind to keep the child healthy and calm.
